The WUSCHEL-related homebox (WOX) gene family is a unique transcription factor in plants and belongs to the homeobox (HB) superfamily. It plays an important role in regulating plant growth and development and the response to abiotic stress. We identified 30 WOX genes, including JTY(10), LWM(10) and F106(10) , all genes were divided into 3 subfamilies.
